Organizational Development and Learning

Be a changemaker, in your business, your community, or your school. 威尼斯游戏大厅's Master of Education emphasis of Organizational Development and Learning will provide you with the knowledge and skills to be responsive to and create positive change within organizations. As a graduate of this program, you'll be equipped to lead and manage organizational change, foster a culture of continuous and lifelong development and learning and facilitate collaboration within diverse organizational contexts.

Interdisciplinary courses from The School of Education and Human Services and the School of Business are delivered in a hybrid, in-person and online format through an 8-week delivery model. Content subjects include leadership, 市场营销, 程序设计, and administration to name a few, along with an applied research project.
